Cette loi ratifie l'Ordonnance n° 2025/001 du 11 juillet 2025, qui modifie et complète certaines dispositions de la Loi de finances n° 2024/013 du 23 décembre 2024 pour l'année financière 2025. Elle vise à ajuster les mesures fiscales et budgétaires en vigueur pour l'exercice 2025. Le Parlement a délibéré et adopté cette loi, qui doit être publiée en urgence et insérée au Journal Officiel en anglais et en français.

LAW N° 2025/014 OF 17 DEC 2025
TO RATIFY ORDINANCE N°. 2025/001 OF 11 JULY 2025 TO AMEND AND SUPPLEMENT SOME PROVISIONS OF LAW N°. 2024/013 OF 23 DECEMBER 2024 : FINANCE LAW OF THE REPUBLIC OF CAMEROON FOR THE 2025 FINANCIAL YEAR
The Parliament deliberated and adopted, the President of the Republic hereby enacts the law set out below:
SECTION 1: Ordinance No. 2025/001 of 11 July 2025 to amend and supplement some provisions of Law No. 2024/013 of 23 December 2024: Finance Law of the Republic of Cameroon for the 2025 financial year, is hereby ratified.
SECTION 2: This law shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French./-
