THE MINISTER OF DECENTRALIZATION AND LOCAL DEVELOPMENT, LE MINISTRE DE LA DECENTRALISATION ET DU DEVELOPPEMENT LOCAL,
Mindful of the Constitution; Mindful of Ordinance No. 81/2 of 29 June 1981, to organize civil status registration and various provisions relating to the status of natural persons, as amended and supplemented by Law No 2011/11 of 6 May 2011;
Mindful of Decree No 77/410 of 15 October 1977 to increase the allowance of officers and secretaries of special civil status registration centers; Mindful of Decree No 87/1115 of 17 August 1987 to lay down the terms and conditions of establishment and functioning of special civil status registration centers; Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018;
Mindful of Decree No. 2018/191 of 2 March 2018 to reorganize the Government; Mindful of Order No 217/A/MINAT/DAP/SDAA/SECI of 21th June 1990 to lay down the establishment of the Special Secondary Civil Status of Machatoum in Massangam, Sub-Division, Noun Division ;
Vu La Constitution ; Vu L'ordonnance n° 81/002 du 29 juin 1981, portant organisation de l'état civil et diverses dispositions relatives à l'état des personnes physiques, modifiée et complétée par la loi n° 2011/011 du 06 mai 2011 ;
Vu le décret n°77/410 du 15 octobre 1977 portant revalorisation de l'indemnité des officiers et secrétaires des centres spéciaux d'état civil ; Vu le décret n°87/1115 du 17 août 1987 fixant les modalités de création et de fonctionnement des centres spéciaux d'état civil ; Vu le décret n°2011/408 du 09 décembre 2011 portant organisation du Gouvernement modifié et complété par le décret n°2018/190 du 02 mars 2018 ;
Vu le décret n° 2018/191 du 02 mars 2018 portant réaménagement du Gouvernement ; Vu l'arrêté n°217/A/MINAT/DAP/SDAA/SECI du 21/06/ 1990 portant création du centre spécial d'état civil de Machatoum dans l'Arrondissement de Massangam, Département du Noun ;
Considering Letter NO 488/LF.32/SAAJP of 21 November 2022 to the Senior Divisional Officer of Noun Division; Considering service needs,
Considérant la lettre n°488/LF.32/SAAJP du 21 novembre 2022, du Préfet du Département du Noun; Considérant les nécessités de service,
HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:
ARRETE :
Article 1. Mr TAFON ISSOFA is, with effect from the date of signature of this order, appointed Officer of Machatoum Secondary Civil Status Registration Centre in Massangam Sub-Division, Noun Division. Article 2. Mr TAFON ISSOFA shall take oath before assuming duty, in accordance with article 7 (5) of Ordinance No. 81/2 of 29 June 1981 to organize civil status registration and various provisions relating to the status of natural persons, as amended and supplemented by Law No. 2011/11 of 6 May 2011.
