Mindful of the Constitution; Mindful of Ordinance NO. 81/2 of 29 June 1981, to organize civil status registration and various provisions relating to the status of natural persons, as amended and supplemented by Law NO. 2011/11 of 6 May 2011; Mindful of Decree NO. 77/410 of 15 October 1977 to increase the allowance of officers and secretaries of special civil status registration centres; Mindful of Decree NO. 87/1115 of 17 August 1987 to lay down the terms and conditions of establishment and functioning of special civil status registration centres; Mindful of Decree NO. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree NO. 2018/190 of 2nd of March 2018; Mindful of Decree NO. 2018/191 of 2nd of March 2018 to reorganize the Government; Mindful of Order NO 000159/O/A/MINDDEVEL of the 28 July 2022 to lay down the establishment of the Secondary Civil Status Registration Centre of Mfandena-Ntem, in Yaounde V Sub-division, Mfoundi Division; Considering Letter NO.00000460/L/J06/SP of the 05th of July 2022 of the Senior Divisional Officer of the Mfoundi Division ; Considering service needs,
Vu La Constitution ; Vu L'ordonnance n° 81/002 du 29 juin 1981, portant organisation de l'état civil et diverses dispositions relatives à l'état des personnes physiques, modifiée et complétée par la loi n° 2011/011 du 06 mai 2011 ; Vu le décret n°77/410 du 15 octobre 1977 portant revalorisation de l'indemnité des officiers et secrétaires des centres spéciaux d'état civil ; Vu le décret n°87/1115 du 17 août 1987 fixant les modalités de création et de fonctionnement des centres spéciaux d'état civil ; Vu le décret n°2011/408 du 09 décembre 2011 portant organisation du Gouvernement modifié et complété par le décret n°2018/190 du 02 mars 2018 ; Vu le décret n° 2018/191 du 02 mars 2018 portant réaménagement du Gouvernement ; Vu l'arrêté N°000159/O/A/MINDDEVEL du 28 juillet 2022 portant création du centre d'état civil secondaire de Mfandena-Ntem dans l'Arrondissement de Yaoundé, Département du Mfoundi; Considérant la lettre N°00000460/L/J06/SP du 05 Juillet 2022 du Préfet du Département du Mfoundi; Considérant les nécessités de service,
HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS: Article 1. Mr Aboubakar NDJIDDA is, with effect from the date of signature of this order, appointed Officer of Mfandena-Ntem Secondary Civil Status Registration Centre in Men Yaounde V Sub-Division, Mfoundi Division.
