Mindful of the Constitution; Mindful of the Law No.2024/016 of December 23, 2024 to organize the civil status registration system in Cameroon; Mindful of Decree No.2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by decree No.2018/190 of 2 March 2018; Mindful of Decree No.2018/191 of 02 March 2018 to reshuffle the Government; Mindful of Decree No.2018/449 of 1 August 2018 to organize the Ministry of Decentralization and Local Development; Mindful of Order No.175/A/MINAT/DAP/SDAA/SECI of 23 May 1989 to establish the special civil status registration center of Colomine in Ngoura Sub-Division, Lom et Djerem Division; Considering transmission No.0706/L/B15/A1/SEAF of 22 November 2024 from the Senior Divisional Officer of Lom et Djerem,
Vu la Constitution ; Vu la loi n°2024/016 du 23 décembre 2024 portant organisation du système d'enregistrement des faits d'état civil au Cameroun ; Vu le décret n°2011/408 du 09 décembre 2011 portant organisation du Gouvernement, modifié et complété par le décret n°2018/190 du 02 mars 2018; Vu le décret n°2018/191 du 02 mars 2018 portant réaménagement du Gouvernement ; Vu le décret n°2018/449 du 1er août 2018 portant organisation du Ministère de la Décentralisation et du Développement Local ; Vu l'arrêté n°175/A/MINAT/DAP/SDAA/SECI du 23 mai 1989 portant création du centre spécial d'état civil de Colomine dans l'Arrondissement de Ngoura, Département du Lom et Djerem ; Considérant la transmission n°0706/L/B15/A1/SEAF du 22 novembre 2024 du Préfet du Département du Lom et Djerem,
HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1. Mr. Haito Symphorien is, with effect from the date of signature of this order, appointed Officer of COLOMINE secondary civil status registration centre, in Ngoura Council, Lom et Djerem Division, for a renewable five (05) year term.
Article 2. The appointee shall take oath before assuming duty, in accordance with sections 95, 96 et 97 of the abovementioned law No.2024/016 of 23 December 2024.
Article 3. He shall be entitled to the various benefits provided for by the regulations in force.
Article 4.- The Senior Divisional Officer of Lom et Djerem is responsible for the implementation of this order which shall be registered, published and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and in French.
