Mindful of the Constitution; Mindful of the Law No.2024/016 of December 23, 2024 to organize the civil status registration system in Cameroon; Mindful of Decree No.2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by decree No.2018/190 of 2 March 2018; Mindful of Decree No.2018/191 of 02 March 2018 to reshuffle the Government; Mindful of Decree No.2018/449 of 1 August 2018 to organize the Ministry of Decentralization and Local Development; Mindful of Order No.0024/O/A/MINDDEVEL of 17 April 2025 to establish a secondary civil status registration center of Bamendzi Ville A, in Bafoussam 1 Sub-Division, Mifi Division; Considering transmission No.0195/L/F35/SP of 07 september 2023 from the Senior Divisional Officer of Mifi,
VU la Constitution ; VU la loi n°2024/016 du 23 décembre 2024 portant organisation du système d'enregistrement des faits d'état civil au Cameroun ; VU le décret n°2011/408 du 09 décembre 2011 portant organisation du Gouvernement, modifié et complété par le décret n°2018/190 du 02 mars 2018; VU le décret n°2018/191 du 02 mars 2018 portant réaménagement du Gouvernement ; VU le décret n°2018/449 du 1er août 2018 portant organisation du Ministère de la Décentralisation et du Développement Local ; VU l'arrêté n°0024/O/A/MINDDEVEL du 17 avril 2025 portant création du centre d'état civil secondaire de Bamendzi Ville A, dans l'Arrondissement de Bafoussam 1er, Département de la Mifi.; Considérant la transmission n°0195/L/F35/SP du 07 septembre 2023 du Préfet du Département de la Mifi,
LE MINISTRE DE LA DECENTRALISATION ET DU DEVELOPPEMENT LOCAL,
HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1. Mr. Simo Moteyo Paul Alain is, with effect from the date of signature of this order, appointed Officer of BAMENDZI VILLE A secondary civil status registration centre, in Bafoussam 1 Sub-divisional Council, Mifi Division, for a renewable five (05) year term.
Article 2. The appointee shall take oath before assuming duty, in accordance with sections 95, 96 et 97 of the abovementioned law No.2024/016 of 23 December 2024.
Article 3. He shall be entitled to the various benefits provided for by the regulations in force.
Article 4.- The Senior Divisional Officer of Mifi is responsible for the implementation of this order which shall be registered, published and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and in French.
ARRETE :
Article 1.- Monsieur SIMO MOTEYO Paul Alain est, à compter de la date de signature du présent arrêté, désigné Officier du centre d'état civil secondaire de BAMENDZI VILLE A, dans la Commune d'Arrondissement de Bafoussam 1er, Département de la Mifi, pour un mandat de cinq (05) ans, renouvelable.
