To launch the National competitive entrance examination into the specialization cycle in medicine, pharmacy and Odontostomatology in Cameroon for the 2026-2027 academic year.

Mindful of The Constitution ;
Mindful of Law No. 2018/012 of 11 July 2018 of the financial regime of the State;
Mindful of Law No.2023/007 of 25 july 2023 on the orientation of Higher Education;
Mindful of Law n° 2024 /013 of 23rd décembre 2024 finance law of the Republic of Cameroon for the 2025 Fianancial year ;
Mindful of Decree No. 73/796 of 20 December 1973 to reorganize the University Centre for Health Sciences;
Mindful of Decree No. 87/064 of 19 January 1987 to create and organize a cycle of specialization in CUSS ;
Mindful of Decree No. 92/074 of 13 April 1992 to transform the University Centers of Buea and Ngaoundere into Universities ;
Mindful of Decree No. 93/026 of 19 January 1993 to create Universities;
Mindful of Decree No. 93/027 of 19 January 1993 to lay down general provisions applicable to the Universities as amended and supplemented by decree No. 2005/342 of 10 September 2005;
Mindful of Decree No. 2001/832/PM of 19 September 2001 to lay down general rules applicable to Private Institutions of Higher Education ;
Mindful of Decree No. 2010/971 of 14 December 2010 to create a State University in Bamenda;
Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organise the Government as amended and supplemented by decree n°2018/191 of 2 march 2018;
Mindful of Decree No. 2012/433 of 1 October 2012 to organize the Ministry of Higher Education ;
Mindful of Decree No. 2013/159 of 15 May 2013 to determine the special regime for the administrative control of State finances;
Mindful of Decree No. 2019/002 of 4 January 2019 to reschuffle the Government;
Mindful of Order No. 055/PM of 10 June 2013 on the creation, organisation and functioning of the National Commission for medical, Pharmaceutical and Odonto-stomatological
Mindful of Training in Cameroon;
Press release n°25-00205 /MINESUP/DAUQ of 28th may 2025 issued at the end of the 13th session of the National Commission for Medical, Pharmaceutical and Odonto-stomatological Training in Cameroon.
HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1: - (1) A National Exams and Competitive entrance examination into the specialization cycle in Medicine, Pharmacy and Odontostomatology in Cameroon is hereby launched for the 2026/2027 academic year.
(2) The papers of the aforementioned examination shall take place at the Faculty of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences of the University of Yaounde I, on Friday, October 2nd and Saturday, October 3rd, 2026.
Article 2: - Registration for the National Exams and competitive entrance examination into the cycle of specialization shall be open to Cameroonians of both sexes and shall be written in single session.
