RésuméCe rapport analyse les pressions inflationnistes mondiales et leurs impacts sur les petites et moyennes entreprises, l'économie sociale et l'artisanat (PMESEA) au Cameroun. Il examine l'évolution de l'inflation dans le monde et dans la zone CEMAC, identifie les causes nationales et les produits les plus affectés par le conflit russo-ukrainien. Le document propose également des mesures d'atténuation adoptées par l'État camerounais et des perspectives sur l'évolution future de l'inflation.
