HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1: The provisions of Article 49 of Decree No. 2011/45 of 8 March 2011 to organize the University of Bamenda are amended and supplemented as follows:
ARLE (New): (1 The University shall comprise institutions established in accordance with the laws and regulations in force.
(2) The institutions shall be:
- Faculty of Arts;
-Faculty of Law and Political Science; - Faculty of Economic and Management Sciences; Faculty of Education; Faculty of Science; Faculty of Health Sciences; College of Technology; Higher Institute of Commerce and Management; Higher Institute of Transport and Logistics; Higher Teachers Training College in Bambili; Higher Technical Teachers Training College in Bambili; National Higher Polytechnic Institute."
ARTICLE 2: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
