DECREE No. 2020/389 OF 16 JULY 2020 to authorize the Minister of Economy, Planning and Regional Development to sign with the African Development Bank (AfDB), a loan agreement for an amount of EUR 88 million, or approximately CFAF 57.7 billion, for the partial financing of the COVID-19 Crisis Response Budget Support Programme

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,

Mindful of the Constitution;

Mindful of Ordinance No. 2020/1 of 3 June 2020 to amend and supplement some provisions of Law No. 2019/23 of 24 December 2019: Finance Law of the Republic of Cameron for the 2020 financial year;

Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018,

HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:

ARTICLE 1: The Minister of Economy, Planning and Regional Development is authorized, with powers of delegation, to sign with the African Development Bank (AfDB), a loan agreement for an amount of EUR 88 million, or approximately CFAF 57.7 billion, for the partial financing of the COVID-19 Crisis Response Budget Support Programme.

ARTICLE 2: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency, and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
