Decree No. 2020/801 of 29 DEC 2020

to proceed with Cameroon's accession to the Nagoya-Kuala Lumpur supplementary protocol on liability and redress to the Cartegena protocol on biosafety, adopted at Nagoya, Japan, on 15 October 2010

The President of the Republic,

Mindful of the Constitution;

Mindful of Law No. 2020/14 of 17 December 2020 to authorize the President of the Republic to proceed with Cameroon's accession to the Nagoya-Kuala Lumpur supplementary protocol on liability and redress to the Cartegena protocol on biosafety, adopted at Nagoya, Japan, on 15 October 2010,

Hereby decrees as follows:

Article 1: Cameroon hereby accedes to the Nagoya-Kuala Lumpur supplementary protocol on liability and redress to the Cartegena Protocol on biosafety, adopted at Nagoya, Japan, on 15 October 2010.

Article 2. This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
