DECREE No. 2021/305 OF 01 JUIN 2021

to authorize the Minister of Economy, Planning and Regional Development to sign with the Saudi Fund for Development (SFD), a loan agreement for the amount of USD 12 million, or approximately CFAF 6.659 billion, to finance the Project to construct and equip the Mbalmayo Regional Hospital Annex

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,

Mindful of the Constitution;

Mindful of Law No. 2020/18 of 17 December 2020: Finance Law of the Republic of Cameroon for the 2021 financial year;

Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018,

HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:

ARTICLE 1: The Minister of Economy, Planning and Regional Development is authorized, with powers of delegation, to sign with the Saudi Fund for Development (SFD), a loan agreement for the amount of USD 12 million, or approximately CFAF 6.659 billion, to finance the Project to construct and equip the Mbalmayo Regional Hospital Annex.

ARTICLE 2. This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
