2022/236 OF 17 JUIN 2022 DECREE No. _______________ to appoint members of the Board of Directors of the Special Council Support Fund for Mutual Assistance (FEICOM)
# THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,
Mindful of the Constitution;
Mindful of Law No. 2017/10 of 12 July 2017 to lay down the general rules and regulations governing public establishments;
Mindful of Law No. 2019/24 of 24 December 2019 to institute the General Code of Regional and Local Authorities;
Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018;
Mindful of Decree No.2018/635 of 31 October 2018 to reorganize the Special Council Support Fund for Mutual Assistance;
Mindful of Decree No. 2019/320 of 19 June 2019 to lay down conditions for implementing some provisions of Law No. 2017/10 and Law No. 2017/11 of 12 July 2017 to lay down the general rules and regulations governing public establishments and public corporations,
# HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1: The undermentioned persons are, with effect from the date of signature of this decree, appointed members of the Board of Directors of the Special Council Support Fund for Mutual Assistance, for a period of 3 (three) years, renewable once:
- Representative of the Presidency of the Republic: Mr BETJOL HIOL Charité de BESSOMBE;
- Representative of the Prime Minister's Office: Mr TOUNA MAMA;
PRESIDENCE DE LA REPUBLIQUE PRESIDENCY OF THE REPUBLIC SECRETARIAT GENERAL SERVICE DU FICHIER LEGISLATIF ET REGLEMENTAIRE LEGISLATIVE ET STATUTORY AFFAIRS CARD INDEX SERVICE COPIE CERTIFIEE CONFORME
- Representative of the Ministry of Decentralization and Local Development: Mr EBONGUE MAKOLLE Fred Rodrigue Aurélien;
- Representative of the Ministry of Finance: Mr TOCKE Térence Adrien;
- Representative of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development: Mr NDJIBA BAMI Armand Romuald;
- Representative of the Ministry of Economy, Planning and Regional Development: Mr BOUBA OUMAROU;
- Representatives of the United Councils and Cities of Cameroon:
- Mr TAMBA Augustin;
- Mr NTEMOYOK Gregory MEWANU;
- Representatives of the Association of Regions of Cameroon:
- Mr TSIMI EVOUNA Gilbert;
- Mr Fru ANGWAFOR FOBUZSHI;
- Elected staff representative: Mr NZOGUE MEKA Michel.
ARTICLE 2: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French./-
