to appoint officials at the Ministry of Higher Education
# THE PRIME MINISTER, HEAD OF GOVERNMENT,
| Mindful of the Constitution; | Mindful of Law No. 2001/5 of 16 April 2001 on the Orientation of Higher Education; | | --- | --- | | Mindful of Decree No. 92/89 of 4 May 1992 to define the duties of the Prime Minister, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 95/145a of 4 August 1995; | Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018; | | Mindful of Decree No. 2012/433 of 1 October 2012 to organize the Ministry of Higher Education; | Mindful of Decree No. 2019/1 of 4 January 2019 to appoint the Prime Minister, Head of Government, |
# HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1: The undermentioned persons are, with effect from the date of signature of this decree, appointed to the following positions at the Ministry of Higher Education:
I. GENERAL INSPECTORATE OF SERVICES
Inspector of Services No. 1: Mr EMVUDU WONO Yves Sébastien, Professor, previously Inspector of Services No. 2 in the same ministry, in replacement of Mrs MOFOR, née TEUGWA Clautilde, who has been transferred to other duties.
Inspector of Services No. 2: Mr TAMESSE Joseph Lebel, Professor, previously Head of the University Dialogue and Solidarity Promotion Division at the same ministry, in replacement of Mr EMVUDU WONO Yves Sébastien, who has been transferred to other duties.
II. CENTRAL ADMINISTRATION
LEGAL AFFAIRS DIVISION
Head of Division: Mr NCHOUWAT AMADOU, Associate Professor, previously Head of the Regulations Unit in the same division, in replacement of Mr ABANE ENGOLO Patrick Edgard, who has been transferred to other duties.
UNIVERSITY DIALOGUE AND SOLIDARITY PROMOTION DIVISION
Head of Division: Mr MTOPI FOTSO Blaise Eugène, Professor, previously Head of the Department of Mechanical and Production Engineering at the Fotso Victor University Institute of Technology in Bandjoun, in replacement of Mr TAMESSE Joseph Lebel, who has been transferred to other duties.
Article 2: The appointees shall be entitled to the various benefits provided for by the regulations in force.
Article 3: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
