DECREE No._2022/523 OF 28 November 2022 to ratify Loan Agreement No. 2000200005512 for an amount of EUR 62.993 million, or approximately CFAF 41.408 billion, signed on 29 September 2022 between the Republic of Cameroon and the African Development Bank (AfDB), to finance the Agricultural Production Enhancement Support Programme in Cameroon (PARPAC)
# THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,
Mindful of the Constitution;
Mindful of Law No. 2021/026 of 16 December 2021: Finance Law of the Republic of Cameroon for the 2022 financial year; -
Mindful of Law No. 2022/011 of 14 July 2022 to ratify Ordinance No. 2022/001 of 2 June 2022 to amend and supplement some provisions of Law No. 2021/026 of 16 December 2021: Finance Law of the Republic of Cameroon for the 2022 financial year;
Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018;
Mindful of Decree No. 2022/452 of 28 September 2022 to authorize the Minister of Economy, Planning and Regional Development to sign with the African Development Bank (AfDB), a loan agreement for an amount of EUR 62.993 million, or approximately CFAF 41.408 billion, to finance the Agricultural Production Enhancement Support Programme in Cameroon,
# HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1: Loan Agreement No. 2000200005512 for an amount of EUR 62.993 million, or approximately CFAF 41.408 billion, signed on 29 September 2022 between the Republic of Cameroon and the African Development Bank (AfDB), to finance the Agricultural Production Enhancement Support Programme in Cameroon (PARPAC), is ratified.
ARTIcLE 2: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
