to appoint the Chairperson of the Steering Committee of the National Sports Facilities and Equipment Board
THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,
Mindful of the Constitution;
Mindful of Law No. 2017/010 of 12 July 2017 to lay down the general rules and regulations governing public establishments;
Mindful of Law No. 2018/014 of 11 July 2018 relating to the organization and promotion of physical and sporting activities in Cameroon;
Mindful of Decree No. 2022/384 of 17 August 2022 to lay down the organization and functioning of the National Sports Facilities and Equipment Board;
Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018,
HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1: Mr BELL Joseph Antoine is, with effect from the date of signature of this decree, appointed Chairperson of the Steering Committee of the National Sports Facilities and Equipment Board (ONIES).
Article 2: The appointee shall be entitled to the various benefits provided for by the regulations in force.
Article 3: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
