RésuméLe décret ratifie la convention entre le Cameroun et la République tchèque visant à éviter la double imposition et prévenir l'évasion fiscale en matière d'impôts sur le revenu, signée à Yaoundé le 7 février 2023. Il est pris en vertu de la loi d'autorisation n° 2025/002 du 25 avril 2025. Le décret prévoit son enregistrement, sa publication selon la procédure d'urgence et son insertion au Journal Officiel en anglais et en français.

to ratify the Convention between the Republic of Cameroon and the Czech Republic for the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of income tax evasion, signed in Yaounde, Cameroon, on 7 February 2023

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,

Mindful of the Constitution;

Mindful of Law No. 2025/002 of 25 April 2025 to authorize the President of the Republic to ratify the Convention between the Republic of Cameroon and the Czech Republic for the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of income tax evasion, signed in Yaounde, Cameroon, on 7 February 2023,

HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:

ARTICLE 1: The Convention between the Republic of Cameroon and the Czech Republic for the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of income tax evasion, signed in Yaounde, Cameroon, on 7 February 2023, is ratified.

ARTICLE 2: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
