RésuméCe décret présidentiel nomme M. KOWO Ernest au poste de Secrétaire Permanent de la Commission Nationale Anti-Corruption (CONAC) au Cameroun, avec effet à la date de signature. Il est pris en vertu de la Constitution et du décret n°2006/088 du 11 mars 2006 portant création et organisation de la CONAC. Le décret prévoit son enregistrement, sa publication selon la procédure d'urgence et son insertion au Journal Officiel en anglais et en français.

DECREE No. 2025/208 OF 19 MAI 2025 to appoint the Permanent Secretary of the National Anti-Corruption Commission.

# THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,

Mindful of the Constitution;

Mindful of Decree No. 2006/088 of 11 March 2006 relating to the setting up, organization and functioning of the National Anti-Corruption Commission,

# HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:

ARTICLE 1: Mr KOWO Ernest is, with effect from the date of signature of this decree, appointed Permanent Secretary of the National Anti-Corruption Commission.

ARTICLE 2: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French./-
