DECREE No. 2025/412 OF 01 SEPT 2025 to convene the electoral colleges for the election of Regional Councillors
# THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,
Mindful of the Constitution; Mindful of Law No. 2012/001 of 19 April 2012 relating to the Electoral Code, and all subsequent amendments thereto,
# HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1: The electoral colleges are hereby convened to the chief town of each division on Sunday, 30 November 2025 for the election of Regional Councillors.
Article 2: Voting shall begin at 8 (eight) a.m. and shall end at 6 (six) p.m.
Article 3: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
