REPUBLIC OF CAMEROON PEACE-WORK-FATHERLAND

DECREE No. 2025/453 OF 10 SEPT 2025 to authorize the Minister of Economy, Planning and Regional Development to sign with the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB), Islamic Solidarity Fund for Development (ISFD) window, a loan Agreement for an amount of EUR 9.2 million, or approximately CFAF 6.025 billion, for the execution of the Project to support basic education in Cameroon (PAEBC)

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,

Mindful of the Constitution;

Mindful of Law No. 2024/013 of 23 December 2024: Finance Law of the Republic of Cameron for the 2025 financial year, as amended and supplemented by Ordinance No. 2025/001 of 11 July 2025;

Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018,

HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:

ARTICLE 1: The Minister of Economy, Planning and Regional Development is authorized, with powers of delegation, to sign with the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB), Islamic Solidarity Fund for Development (ISFD) window, a loan Agreement for an amount of EUR 9.2 million, or approximately CFAF 6.025 billion, for the execution of the Project to support basic education in Cameroon (PAEBC).

ARTICLE 2: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
