DECREE No. 2025/527 OF 0 NOV 2025 to appoint the Procureur General at the Supreme Court.-
# THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,
Mindful of the Constitution;
Mindful of Law No. 82/14 of 26 November 1982 to lay down the organization and functioning of the Higher Judicial Council, as amended and supplemented by Law No. 89/016 of 28 July 1989;
Mindful of Law No. 2006/015 du 29 December 2006 on judicial organization, as amended and supplemented by Law No. 2011/027 of 14 December 2011;
Mindful of Law No. 2006/016 of 29 December 2006 to lay down the organization and functioning of the Supreme Court;
Mindful of Law No. 2011/028 of 14 December 2011 to set up a special criminal court, as amended and supplemented by Law No. 2012/011 of 16 July 2012;
Mindful of Decree No. 95/048 of 8 March 1995 to lay down the Rules and Regulations governing the judicial and legal services and all subsequent amendments thereto;
Mindful of Decree No. 97/016 of 22 January 1997 to grant benefits to some Judicial and Legal Officers, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2012/190 of 18 April 2012,
# HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1: Ms NSENG ELANG Marie Claire Dieudonnée, Judicial and Legal Officer Super Scale, first group, Sce. No. 516 838-D, previously Director of General Affairs at the Ministry of Justice is, with effect from the date of signature of this decree, appointed Procureur General at the Supreme Court.
Article 2: The appointee shall be entitled to the various benefits provided for by the regulations in force.
Article 3: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
