DECREE No. 2026/257 OF 22 JUIL 2026 to authorize the Minister of Economy, Planning and Regional Development to sign with the Deutsche Bank of Spain, a combination loan, as Buyer's Credit, in the amount of 5 426 540.29 euros, or approximately 3.560 billion CFA francs, and as Commercial Credit, in the amount of 857 132.55 euros, or approximately 562.279 million CFA francs, for the execution of additional works under the Yaounde Municipal Lake Tourism and Economic Development Project (Phase I)

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,

Mindful of the Constitution;

Mindful of Law No. 2025/012 of 17 December 2025: Finance Law of the Republic of Cameroon for the 2026 financial year;

Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018,

HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:

ARTICLE 1: The Minister of Economy, Planning and Regional Development is authorized, with powers of delegation, to sign with the Deutsche Bank of Spain, a combination loan, as Buyer's Credit, in the amount of 5 426 540.29 euros, or approximately 3.560 billion CFA francs, and as Commercial Credit, in the amount of 857 132.55 euros, or approximately 562.279 million CFA francs, for the execution of additional works under the Yaounde Municipal Lake Tourism and Economic Development Project (Phase I).

ARTICLE 2: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
