Cette loi autorise le Président de la République du Cameroun à ratifier l'Accord de coopération technique en matière foncière signé avec la Tunisie le 24 mars 2016 à Tunis. Elle comporte un article unique. La loi sera publiée selon la procédure d'urgence au Journal Officiel en anglais et en français.

The Parliament deliberated and adopted, the President of the Republic hereby enacts the law set out below:

SECTION 1: The President of the Republic is hereby authorized to ratify the Technical Cooperation Agreement on Land Matters between the Government of the Republic of Cameroon and the Government of the Tunisian Republic, signed in Tunis on 24 March 2016.

SECTION 2: This law shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French./-
