RésuméCette loi autorise le Président de la République du Cameroun à ratifier un accord bilatéral sur les services aériens signé avec le Qatar le 16 janvier 2025. L'accord vise à faciliter l'exploitation de services aériens entre les territoires des deux pays et au-delà. La loi a été adoptée par le Parlement et doit être publiée en urgence dans le Journal Officiel en anglais et en français.

LAW N° 2025/016 OF 17 DEC 2025

TO AUTHORIZE THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC TO RATIFY THE BILATERAL AIR SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF CAMEROON AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE STATE OF QATAR, SIGNED IN DOHA ON 16 JANUARY 2025

The Parliament deliberated and adopted, the President of the Republic hereby enacts the law set out below:

SECTION 1: The President of the Republic is authorized to ratify the Bilateral Air Services Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Cameroon and the Government of the State of Qatar, signed in Doha on 16 January 2025, for the operation of air services between their respective territories and beyond.

SECTION 2: This law shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French../-
