RésuméCette loi autorise le Président de la République du Cameroun à ratifier l'accord bilatéral avec l'Algérie sur l'exemption mutuelle de visa pour les titulaires de passeports diplomatiques et de service. L'accord a été signé à Alger le 21 décembre 2024. La loi prévoit sa publication d'urgence au Journal Officiel en anglais et en français.

TO AUTHORIZE THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC TO RATIFY THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF CAMEROON AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE PEOPLE'S DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF ALGERIA ON MUTUAL VISA EXEMPTION FOR HOLDERS OF DIPLOMATIC AND SERVICE PASSPORTS, SIGNED IN ALGIERS, ALGERIA, ON 21 DECEMBER 2024

The Parliament deliberated and adopted, the President of the Republic hereby enacts the law set out below:

SECTION 1: The President of the Republic is hereby authorized to ratify the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Cameroon and the Government of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria on mutual visa exemption for holders of diplomatic and service passports, signed in Algiers, Algeria, on 21 December 2024.

SECTION 2: This law shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French. /-
