ORDER No. 0216-- /CAB/PR OF 18 MARS 2021 to appoint officials at the Central and External Services of the Special Police Services Supervision Division

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,

Mindful of the Constitution; Mindful of Decree No. 96/34 of 1 March 1996 to establish the Delegation General for National Security; Mindful of Decree No. 2011/412 of 9 December 2011 to reorganize the Presidency of the Republic; Mindful of Decree No. 2012/539 of 19 November 2012: Special Rules and Regulations governing Personnel of the National Security Corps; Mindful of Decree No. 2012/540 of 19 November 2012 to organize the Delegation General for National Security; Mindful of Decree No. 2005/65 of 23 February 2005 to lay down the organization and functioning of the Special Police Services Supervision Division,

HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:

Article 1.- The undermentioned persons are, with effect from the date of signature of this order, appointed at the Special Police Services Supervision Division as follows:

CENTRAL UNIT

CONTROLS, RESPONSE AND INVESTIGATION SECTION

Research Officers: Mr NDOMO Christopher, Commissioner of Police, previously Head of the Public Places Surveillance Section at the North Regional Unit, in replacement of Mr MBITI ALINDA Emmanuel, who has been transferred to other duties.

RESPONSE BRIGADE

Brigade Head: Mr MBAHEA Joseph Marcel II, Superintendent of Police, previously in service at the Delegation General for National Security, in replacement of Mr NDEH SAMBA Mephibocher, who has been transferred to other duties.

ADMINISTRATIVE INVESTIGATIONS BRIGADE

Brigade Head: Mr TCHODJI Samuel, Superintendent of Police, previously in service at the Delegation General for National Security.

# JUDICIAL INVESTIGATIONS BRIGADE

Brigade Head: Mr ASSAKO MVELE Magloire, Superintendent of Police, previously Officer-in-Charge of the Yaounde 7th District Public Security Police Station, in replacement of Mr EWALE NGWONDE Henry, who has been transferred to other duties.

# ANALYSIS SECTION

Research Officer: Mrs BIBI, née BILOUNGA Marceline, Commissioner of Police, previously Officer-in-Charge of the East Emi-Immigration Police Station.

# STUDIES AND LIAISON BRIGADE

Brigade Head: Mrs NGO HOPP, Superintendent of Police, previously in service at the Centre Regional Delegation for National Security.

# SUMMARY REPORTS AND RECORDS BRIGADE

Brigade Head: Mrs DJAMBANGO ETOA Thérèse Armelle, Superintendent of Police, previously in service at the Centre Regional Delegation for National Security.

# LOGISTICS SECTION

Research Officer: Mr NKAIMBI Philemon, Senior Superintendent of Police, previously in service at the North-West Regional Delegation for National Security, in replacement of Mr SAÏDOU ADAMOU, who has been transferred to other duties.

# EQUIPMENT BRIGADE

Brigade Head: Mrs NGO NDEBI Gisèle Rolande, Superintendent of Police, previously in service at the Delegation General for National Security, in replacement of Ms NJI Rita ABID, who has been transferred to other duties.

# STUDIES AND BUDGET BRIGADE

Brigade Head: Mr DOU’A ESSAM Joseph Didier, Superintendent of Police, previously in service at the North Regional Delegation for National Security, in replacement of Ms KWEDI Christine, who has been transferred to other duties.
