ORDER No. 0928 /CAB/PR OF 22 DEC 2025 to relieve an official of the Delegation General for National Security of his duties
THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,
Mindful of the Constitution;
Mindful of Decree No. 96/034 of 1 March 1996 to set up the Delegation General for National Security;
Mindful of Decree No. 2011/412 of 9 December 2011 to reorganize the Presidency of the Republic;
Mindful of Decree No. 2012/539 of 19 November 2012 to lay down Special Rules and Regulations governing civil servants of the National Security, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2017/592 of 4 December 2017;
Mindful of Decree No. 2012/540 of 19 November 2012 to organize the Delegation General for National Security,
HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1: Mr BILLE AKONO Claude, Commissioner of Police (Sce. No. 0600103X), Commissioner of the Ngaoundere Special Railway Police, is, with effect from the date of signature of this order, relieved of his duties.
Article 2: The Minister of Finance and the Delegate General for National Security are responsible, each in his own sphere, for the implementation of this order which shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
