THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,
Mindful of the Constitution; Mindful of Decree No. 74/759 of 26 August 1974 to organize the civil pensions scheme and subsequent amendments thereto; Mindful of Decree No. 75/459 of 26 June 1975 to establish the remuneration scheme for civilian and military personnel and subsequent amendments thereto; Mindful of Decree No. 2001/066 of 12 March 2001 to set up the salary scale for senior officers of the National Security, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2017/591 of 4 December 2017; Mindful of Decree No. 2011/412 of 9 December 2011 to reorganize the Presidency of the Republic; Mindful of Decree No. 2012/539 of 19 November 2012: Special Rules and Regulations governing the National Security Corps, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2017/592 of 4 December 2017; Mindful of Order No. 0216/CAB/PR of 18 March 2021 to appoint officials in the Central and External Services of the Services Control Division; Considering the disciplinary file compiled against Mr MEH KANGHA Michael (Sce No. 0599451U), Superintendent of police,
HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1: Mr MEH KANGHA Michael (Sce No. 0599451U), Superintendent of police, Head of the Public Roads Control Section at the Regional Unit of the North Special Services Control Division is, with effect from the date of signature of this order, relieved of his duties.
Article 3: The Minister of Finance and the Delegate General for National Security are responsible, each in his own sphere, for the implementation of this order, which shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
