Mindful of the Constitution; Mindful of the Law No.2024/016 of 23 December 2024 to organize the civil status registration system in Cameroon; Mindful of Decree No.2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by decree No.2018/190 of 2 March 2018; Mindful of Decree No.2018/191 of 02 March 2018 to reshuffle the Government; Mindful of Decree No.2018/449 of 1 August 2018 to organize the Ministry of Decentralization and Local Development; Mindful of Order No.0016/0/A/MINDDEVEL of 13 March 2026 to establish the secondary civil status registration centre of Dinsing in Baham Sub-division, Hauts-Plateaux Division; Considering transmission No.17/L/F.38/SASC of 04 March 2026 from the Senior Divisional Officer of Hauts-Plateaux,
Vu la Constitution ; Vu la loi n°2024/016 du 23 décembre 2024 portant organisation du système d'enregistrement des faits d'état civil au Cameroun ; Vu le décret n°2011/408 du 09 décembre 2011 portant organisation du Gouvernement, modifié et complété par le décret n°2018/190 du 02 mars 2018 ; Vu le décret n°2018/191 du 02 mars 2018 portant réaménagement du Gouvernement ; Vu le décret n°2018/449 du 1er août 2018 portant organisation du Ministère de la Décentralisation et du Développement Local ; Vu l'arrêté n°0016/0/A/MINDDEVEL du 13 Mars 2026 portant création du centre d'état civil secondaire de Dinsing dans l'Arrondissement de Baham, Département des Hauts-Plateaux ; Considérant la transmission n°17/L/F.38/SASC du 04 mars 2026 du Préfet du Département des Hauts-Plateaux,
HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1. Mr. Tabouguia Modeste is, with effect from the date of signature of this order, appointed Officer of Dinsing secondary civil status registration centre, in Baham Council, Hauts-Plateaux Division, for a renewable five (05) years term.
Article 2. The appointee shall take oath before assuming duty, in accordance with sections 95, 96 et 97 of the abovementioned law No.2024/016 of 23 December 2024.
Article 3. He shall be entitled to the various benefits provided for by the regulations in force.
Article 4.- The Senior Divisional Officer of Hauts-Plateaux is responsible for the implementation of this order which shall be registered, published and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and in French.
ARRETE :
Article 1.- Monsieur TABOUGUIA Modeste est, à compter de la date de signature du présent arrêté, désigné Officier du centre d'état civil secondaire de Dinsing, dans la Commune de Baham, Département des Hauts-Plateaux, pour un mandat de cinq (05) ans, renouvelable.
Article 2.- L'intéressé devra prêter serment avant sa prise de service, conformément aux articles 95, 96 et 97 de la loi n°2024/016 du 23 décembre 2024 susvisée.
