Mindful of the Constitution; Mindful of the Law No.2024/016 of 23 December 2024 to organize the civil status registration system in Cameroon; Mindful of Decree No.2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by decree No.2018/190 of 2 March 2018; Mindful of Decree No.2018/191 of 02 March 2018 to reshuffle the Government; Mindful of Decree No.2018/449 of 1 August 2018 to organize the Ministry of Decentralization and Local Development; Mindful of Order No.0299/A/MINAT/DAP/SDAA/SECI of 08 August 1991 to establish special civil status registration centres in Kaélé Division; Considering transmission No.07/ST/K45/SP/SASC of 20 November 2024 from the Senior Divisional Officer of Mayo-Kani,
Vu la Constitution ; Vu la loi n°2024/016 du 23 décembre 2024 portant organisation du système d'enregistrement des faits d'état civil au Cameroun ; Vu le décret n°2011/408 du 09 décembre 2011 portant organisation du Gouvernement, modifié et complété par le décret n°2018/190 du 02 mars 2018 ; Vu le décret n°2018/191 du 02 mars 2018 portant réaménagement du Gouvernement ; Vu le décret n°2018/449 du 1er août 2018 portant organisation du Ministère de la Décentralisation et du Développement Local ; Vu l'arrêté n°0299/A/MINAT/DAP/SDAA/SECI du 08 août 1991 portant création des centres spéciaux d'état civil dans le Département de Kaélé ; Considérant la transmission n°07/ST/K45/SP/SASC du 20 novembre 2024 du Préfet du Département du Mayo-Kani,
HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS: Article 1. Mr. Godje Jean Marie is, with effect from the date of signature of this order, appointed Officer of Gaban secondary civil status registration centre, in Kaélé Council, Mayo-Kani Division, for a renewable five (05) years term. Article 2. The appointee shall take oath before assuming duty, in accordance with sections 95, 96 et 97 of the abovementioned law No.2024/016 of 23 December 2024. Article 3. He shall be entitled to the various benefits provided for by the regulations in force. Article 4.- The Senior Divisional Officer of Mayo-Kani is responsible for the implementation of this order which shall be registered, published and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and in French.
ARRETE : Article 1.- Monsieur GODJE Jean Marie est, à compter de la date de signature du présent arrêté, désigné Officier du centre d'état civil secondaire de Gaban, dans la Commune de Kaélé, Département du Mayo-Kani, pour un mandat de cinq (05) ans, renouvelable. Article 2.- L'intéressé devra prêter serment avant sa prise de service, conformément aux articles 95, 96 et 97 de la loi n°2024/016 du 23 décembre 2024 susvisée. Article 3.- Il aura droit aux avantages de toute nature, prévus par la réglementation en vigueur.
