Mindful of the Constitution; Mindful of the Law No.2024/016 of December 23, 2024 to organize the civil status registration system in Cameroon; Mindful of Decree No.2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by decree No.2018/190 of 2 March 2018; Mindful of Decree No.2018/191 of 02 March 2018 to reshuffle the Government; Mindful of Decree No.2018/449 of 1 August 2018 to organize the Ministry of Decentralization and Local Development; Mindful of Order No.0172/A/MINAT/DAP/SDAA/SECI of 23 May 1989 to establish special civil status registration centers in Mezam Division; Considering transmission No.097/L/E.29/LDS of 18 March 2025 from the Senior Divisional Officer of Mezam,
Vu la Constitution ; Vu la loi n°2024/016 du 23 décembre 2024 portant organisation du système d'enregistrement des faits d'état civil au Cameroun ; Vu le décret n°2011/408 du 09 décembre 2011 portant organisation du Gouvernement, modifié et complété par le décret n°2018/190 du 02 mars 2018; Vu le décret n°2018/191 du 02 mars 2018 portant réaménagement du Gouvernement ; Vu le décret n°2018/449 du 1er août 2018 portant organisation du Ministère de la Décentralisation et du Développement Local ; Vu l'arrêté n°0172/A/MINAT/DAP/SDAA/SECI du 23 mai 1989 portant création des centres spéciaux d'état civil dans le Département de la Mezam ; Considérant la transmission n°097/L/E.29/LDS du 18 Mars 2025 du Préfet du Département de la Mezam,
HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1. Ms Mboh Claris Ashuehmbom is, with effect from the date of signature of this order, appointed Officer of Kedjom Keku secondary civil status registration centre, in Tubah Council, Mezam Division, for a renewable five (05) year term.
Article 2. The appointee shall take oath before assuming duty, in accordance with sections 95, 96 et 97 of the abovementioned law No.2024/016 of 23 December 2024.
Article 3. He shall be entitled to the various benefits provided for by the regulations in force.
Article 4.- The Senior Divisional Officer of Mezam is responsible for the implementation of this order which shall be registered, published and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and in French.
ARRETE :
Article 1.- Madame MBOH Claris ASHUEHMBOM est, à compter de la date de signature du présent arrêté, désignée Officier du centre d'état civil secondaire de Kedjom Keku, dans la Commune de Tubah, Département de la Mezam, pour un mandat de cinq (05) ans, renouvelable.
Article 2.- L'intéressée devra prêter serment avant sa prise de service, conformément aux articles 95, 96 et 97 de la loi n°2024/016 du 23 décembre 2024 susvisée.
