RésuméCe rapport évalue le secteur semencier formel au Cameroun pour quatre cultures prioritaires (maïs, riz, sorgho, soja). Il analyse la recherche et développement, la compétitivité de l'industrie, les politiques et réglementations semencières, le soutien institutionnel et le service aux petits exploitants. Le rapport identifie les forces et faiblesses du système semencier et formule des recommandations pour améliorer l'accès des agriculteurs aux semences de qualité.
