expropriating incorporating into the private property of the State and allocating to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, a parcel of national land necessary for the extension works of the School for the Training of Specialists in Rural Equipment and Development Specialization at KAKE II, KUMBA I Sud division, Meme Division, South West Region.-

Mindful of the Constitution ;
Mindful of ordinance No.74/1 of the 6 of July 1974 to establish rules governing land tenure as amended by ordinance No.77/1 of 10 January 1977 ;
Mindful of ordinance No.74/2 of 6 July 1974 to establish rules governing state lands as amended by ordinance No.77/2 of 10 January 1977 ;
Mindful of law No.85/09 of 4 July 1985 to lay down the procedure governing expropriation for public purposes and the conditions for compensation and its decree of implementation No.87/1872 of 16 December 1987 ;
Mindful of decree No.76/166 of 27 April 1976 to establish the terms and conditions of management of national lands ;
Mindful of decree No.2011/408 of the 9 of December 2011 to organize the Government ;
Mindfui of decree No.2011/409 of the 9 of December 2011 to appoint a Prime Minister, Head of Government ;
Mindful of decree No.2012/390 of the 18 September 2012 to organize the Ministry of State Property,Surveys and Land Tenure ;
Mindful of ministerial Order No.000657/MINDCAF/SG/D1/D14/D142 of 4 September 2015 declaring for public purposes the construction works of the Poultry and Aquaculture Centres in Bali, Bali Sub division, Mezam division ;
Mindful of the technical file,
# HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:
SECTioN 1.- Is expropriated for public purposes and incorporated into the private property of the State, a parcel of national land with a tota! surface area of 61 ha 46 a 90 ca located at KAKE II, KUMBA I Subdivision, Mieme Division, South West Region, and found within the limits of boundaries defined by the following cadastral coordinates:

SEcTioN 2.- (1) The parcel land referred to above has been allocated to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, for the extension works of the School for the Training of Specialists in Rural Equipment and Development Specialization at KAKE II, KUMBA I Sub division, Meme Division, South West Region.
(2) In no case may the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, put the concerned parcel of land to a different use without the authorization of the Minister in charge of lands.
SECTioN 3.- The Land Registrar for Meme Division is charged with the registration of the land cited above in the Land Registry of the said Division on behalf of the State of Cameroon and inscription of the measure of allocation cited in section 2 above.
SEcTioN 4.-This decree shall be registered and published in the Official Gazette in English and French./-
