« (1) Est puni des peines de l'article 318 celui qui détient ou dispose des choses obtenues à l'aide d'un délit, soit en connaissance de cause, soit en ayant des raisons d'en soupçonner l'origine délictuelle». « (2) En cas de crime, les peines sont doublées ».
SECTION 324 : RECEIVING
“(1) Whoever holds or disposes of anything procured by the commission of a misdemeanor, whether knowing or having reason to suspect the criminal origin of the property, shall be punished with the penalties prescribed by Section 318.” “(2) In case of felony, the punishment shall be doubled.”

49, 000 tests carried out, of which 17, 255 confirmed cases, 15,320 patients healed, 387 deaths, 1,548 active cases, 155 patients hospitalised of which 9 on oxygen, that is, a recovery rate of 88.78%, a lethality rate of 2.2%, a severity rate of 0.5% and a bed occupancy rate of 4.9%. These are the statistics on the evolution of the coronavirus pandemic in Cameroon on 29^{th} July 2020. Statistics that make wise observers think that the health situation related to that pandemic is under control in the national triangle, with regard to the predictions based on the great number of deaths worldwide. Compilation of these statistics started from the confirmation of the first case in Cameroon on 6^{th} March 2020. A case that was followed by numerous others, thus making the President of the Republic to publish, through the Prime Minister, 17^{th} measures to stop the spread of that virus, which in the end of July, has already killed 667,000 persons in the world and 180,475 in Africa.
