RésuméLe décret nomme Monsieur FOUMANE Sébastien Ambassadeur Extraordinaire et Plénipotentiaire de la République du Cameroun auprès de la République de Serbie, avec résidence à Rome (Italie). Il entre en vigueur à la date de sa signature et doit être publié en urgence au Journal Officiel en anglais et en français.

DECREE N° 2023/357 OF 22 AOUT 2023 to appoint an Ambassador.-

# THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,

MINDFUL OF the Constitution;

MINDFUL OF Decree No. 87/1198 of 7 September 1987 to organize the Permanent External Services of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs;

MINDFUL OF Decree No. 2013/112 of 9 April 2013 to organize the Ministry of External Relations,

# HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:

ARTICLE 1: Mr. FOUMANE Sébastien is, with effect from the date of signature of this Decree, appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Cameroon to the Republic of Serbia, with residence in Rome (Italy).

ARTICLE 2: This Decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.-
