REPUBLIC OF CAMEROON PEACE-WORK-FATHERLAND
# DECREE NO. 2024/106 OF 09 AVR 2024 to appoint Rectors in some State Universities
THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,
Mindful of the Constitution;
Mindful of Law No. 2001/005 of 16 April 2001 on the Orientation of Higher Education;
Mindful of Decree No. 93/026 of 19 January 1993 to set up Universities;
Mindful of Decree No. 93/036 of 19 January 1993 on the administrative and academic organization of the University of Yaounde I;
Mindful of Decree No. 93/037 of 19 January 1993 on the administrative and academic organization of the University of Yaounde II;
Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018;
Mindful of Decree No. 2012/433 of 1 October 2012 to organize the Ministry of Higher Education;
Mindful of Decree No. 2022/003 of 5 January 2022 to set up Universities;
Mindful of Decree No. 2022/008 of 6 January 2022 to lay down the administrative and academic organization of the University of Bertoua,
HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1: The undermentioned persons are, with effect from the date of signature of this decree, appointed to the following positions in some State Universities.
I – UNIVERSITY OF BERTOUA
Rector: Mr PEGBYEMB Dieudonné Emmanuel, Professor.
PRESIDENCE DE LA REPUBLIQUE PRESIDENCY OF THE REPUBLIC SECRETARIAT GENERAL SERVICE DU FICHIER LEGISLATIF ET REGLEMENTAIRE LEGISLATIVE AND STATUTORY AFFAIRS CARD IN DEX SERVICE COPIE CERTIFIEE CONFORME CERTIFIED TRUE COPY

Rector: Mr ETOUA Rémy Magloire Dieudonné, Professor.
III - UNIVERSITY OF YAOUNDE II
Rector: Mr OMGBA Richard Laurent, Professor.
Article 2: The appointees shall be entitled to the various benefits provided for by the regulations in force.
Article 3: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
