REPUBLIC OF CAMEROON PEACE-WORK-FATHERLAND
DECREE No. 2024/134 OF 25 AVR 2024 to appoint members of the Board of Directors of the Garoua General Hospital
THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,
Mindful of the Constitution;
Mindful of Law No. 96/03 of 4 January 1996: Framework Law on Health;
Mindful of Law No. 2017/010 of 12 July 2017 to lay down the general rules and regulations governing public establishments;
Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018;
Mindful of Decree No. 2022/411 of 1 September 2022 to lay down the establishment, organization and functioning of the Garoua General Hospital,
HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1: The undermentioned personalities are, with effect from the date of signature of this decree, appointed members of the Board of Directors of the Garoua General Hospital, for a three-year term of office, renewable once:
- Representative of the Presidency of the Republic:
Mrs Ewusi, née Elinge Susanne Enjema;
- Representative of the Prime Minister's Office:
Mr Abdoul Raoufi Dewa;
- Representative of the Ministry in charge of public health:
Mr Ousmane Diaby;
- Representative of the ministry in charge of finance:
Mr Hayatou Sanda;
- Representative of the Ministry in charge of Public Investments:
Mr Piti Bernard;
- Representative of the Ministry in charge of higher education:
Mr Mtopi Fotso Eugène Blaise;

Article 2: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
