Mindful of the Constitution Mindful of law n°98/004 of 14 April 1998 to lay down guidelines for education in Cameroon; Mindful of law n°2019/024 of 24 December 2019 to lay down general code of decentralized territorial communities; Mindful of decree n°92/089 of 04 May 1992 to specify the duties of the Prime, Minister, amended and supplemented by decree n°95/145-bis of 04 August 1995; Mindful of decree n°2008/376 du 12 November 2008 on the administrative organization of Republic of Cameroon; Mindful of decree n°2011/408 of 09 December 2011 to organize the Government, amended and supplemented by decree n°2018/190 of 02 March 2018; Mindful of decree n°2012/267 of 11 June 2012 to organize the Ministry of Secondary Education; Mindful of decree n°2019/001 du 04 January 2019 to appoint the Prime Minister, Head of Government; Mindful of decree n°2023/223 of 14 April 2023 to lay down conditions governing the exercise of some powers devoled by the State upon Regions in the area of secondary education,
HERBY DECREES AS FOLLOW:
Article 1.- As from the date of signature of the present decree, the following Government Technical and Vocational High School is created:

Article 2.- The effective opening of the created school shall be by an Order of the Minister of Secondary Education.
