Ce décret du Premier Ministre camerounais crée plusieurs Government Technical Colleges (lycées techniques) dans diverses régions du Cameroun. Il liste les établissements par région, division et sous-division. L'ouverture effective des écoles sera fixée par décision du Ministre de l'Enseignement Secondaire. Le décret est publié en anglais et en français au Journal Officiel.

| Mindful of Decree no. 2012/267 of 11 June 2012 to organize the Ministry of Secondary Education; |
| Mindful of Decree no. 2019/001 of 04 January 2019 to appoint the Prime Minister, Head of Government; |
| Mindful of Decree no. 2023/223 of 14 April 2023 to lay down conditions governing the exercise of some powers devolved by the State upon regions in the area of secondary education, |
