Dispositions diverses et finales
Article 57.- Toutes les législations et réglementations postérieures à la présente loi et touchant, directement ou indirectement, à la gestion des finances publiques doivent être préparées et adoptées dans le respect des principes et règles définis par cette loi.
Article 58.- Les lois et règlements, touchant directement ou indirectement à la gestion des finances publiques, doivent être conformes aux principes et règles définis par la présente loi.
Article 59.- La présente loi sera enregistrée, publiée suivant la procédure d'urgence, puis insérée au Journal Officiel en français et en anglais.

Loi n° 2018-12 du 11 juillet 2018 portant régime financier de l'Etat et des autres entités publiques
Le Parlement a délibéré et adopté, le président de la République promulgue la loi dont la teneur suit :
Titre 1 Dispositions générales
Chapitre 1 De l'objet et du champ d'application
Article 1er. (1) La présente loi détermine les conditions dans lesquelles est arrêtée la politique budgétaire à moyen terme pour l'ensemble des finances publiques.
(2) Elle fixe les règles relatives à la nature, au contenu, à la présentation, à l'élaboration et à l'adoption des lois de finances ainsi qu'à l'exécution et au contrôle du budget.
(3) Elle énonce les principes relatifs à la gestion du budget de l'Etat, à la comptabilité publique et aux responsabilités des agents publics intervenant dans la mise en œuvre desdits principes. | ### Chapter X
Miscellaneous and Final Provisions
Section 57: All laws and regulations subsequent to this law, and directly or indirectly affecting public finance management shall be drafted and adopted in compliance with the principles and rules laid down in this law.
Section 58: The laws and regulations that directly or indirectly affect public finance management must comply with the principles and rules laid down in this law.
Section 59: This law shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.

Law No 2018/12 of 11 July 2018 relating to Fiscal Regime of the State and other Public Entities
The Parliament deliberated and adopted, the President of the Republic hereby enacts the law set out below:
Part I General Provisions
Chapter 1: Purpose and Scope of Implementation
Section 1: (1) This law lays down the conditions under which the entire public finance medium-term budget policy shall be established.
(2) It lays down rules relating to the nature, content, presentation, preparation and adoption of finance laws as well as the execution and control of the budget.
(3) It states principles relating to ,State budget management, public accounting and the responsibilities of public employees involved in the implementation of the said principles. | | --- | --- |
