to lay down terms and conditions for granting age exemption to persons with disabilities during competitive examinations and recruitment into public service.

HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION 1.- This order lays down terms and conditions for granting age exemption to persons with disabilities during competitive examinations and recruitment into public service.
SECTION 2.- Persons with disabilities who can prove that they have completed vocational, school or university training and who are holders of a National Disability Card benefit from age exemption for competitive examinations and recruitment into public jobs.
SECTION 3.- (1) Age exemption is determined at the effective opening of an administrative competitive examination or recruitment into Public Service.
(2) It can only be granted for a maximum of five (05) years above the age limit provided for by the opening act of the competition or recruitment referred to in paragraph 1 above.
(3) Notwithstanding the benefit of age exemption, final admission to competitive examinations or recruitment shall be granted only if the post is compatible with the nature of the disability.
(4) The compatibility provided for in paragraph 3 above is established in accordance with the Monograph of jobs accessible to persons with disabilities by type of disability, as determined by decision of the Minister in charge of Social Affairs.
SECTION 4.- (1) Any act opening a competitive examination or recruitment into public service shall include a provision directly granting age exemption to persons with disabilities.
(2) The application form shall contain information identifying persons with disabilities as well as the nature and degree of the disability if need be.
