__1\. Subject of the Invitation to Tender: __ Within the framework of 2026 Public Investment Budget, The President of the North West Regional Assembly, Contracting Authority, hereby launches an Open National Invitation to tender __for the Construction of a Block of three Classrooms and two Offices in some Government Secondary and High Schools in the North West Region, divided into Four \(04\) Lots\.__
__2\. Nature of works__: Works to be done consists of 100 : Earthworks 200 : Foundations 300 : Elevation 400 : Roofing and ceiling works 500 : Wood and metal works 600 : Electricity 700 : Plastering and finishing/painting 800 : Painting 900 : Drainage system \(VRD\)
__3\. Execution deadline __ The maximum deadline provided by the Contracting Authority for the execution of the works subject of this Invitation to tender is __Four \(04\) calendar Months per lot\.__
