Est puni d'un emprisonnement de six (06) mois à cinq (05) ans : - le représentant de l'autorité exécutive qui intime des ordres ou des défenses à des Cours ou Tribunaux ; - le magistrat qui intime des ordres ou des défenses à des autorités exécutives ou administratives
SECTION 126: By Executive and Judiciary Reciprocally
Whoever: - being the representative of the executive authority, issues any order or prohibition to any Court; or - being a legal or judicial officer, issues any order or prohibition to any executive or administrative authority, shall be punished with imprisonment for from 6 (six) months to 5 (five) years.

On a daily basis, judicial and penitentiary personnel make undeniable efforts in the interest of litigants, in accordance with the law and in all impartiality, in order to uphold the image of judicial services.
