RésuméCe décret nomme le Lieutenant-Colonel EKOSSO LYSONGE Francis au poste de Coordonnateur National Adjoint du Comité National de Désarmement, Démobilisation et Réintégration (CNDDR) à compter de la date de signature. Il précise que le nommé bénéficiera des avantages prévus par la réglementation en vigueur. Le décret doit être enregistré, publié en urgence et inséré au Journal Officiel en français et en anglais.

DECREE No. 2020/524 OF 02 SEPT 2020 to appoint the Deputy National Coordinator of the National Disarmament, Demobilization and Reintegration Committee

# THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,

Mindful of the Constitution; Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018; Mindful of Decree No. 2018/719 of 30 November 2018 to establish the National Disarmament, Demobilization and Reintegration Committee,

# HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:

ARTICLE 1: Lieutenant-Colonel EKOSSO LYSONGE Francis is, with effect from the date of signature of this decree, appointed Deputy National Coordinator of the National Disarmament, Demobilization and Reintegration Committee.

ARTICLE 2: The appointee shall be entitled to the various benefits provided for by the regulations in force.

ARTICLE 3: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
