To launch the competitive examinations into the 1st year of the first cycle and into the 1st year of the second cycle of the Advanced Teacher Training College for Technical Education of the University of Douala, for the 2025/2026 academic year.

Mindful of the constitution;
Mindful of Law No.2023/007 of 25 July 2023 on Higher Education Policy in Cameroon
Mindful of decree n° 2005/142 of 29 April 2005 organizing the Ministry of Higher Education;
Mindful of decree n° 541/CAB/PR of the 28 September 1990 to lay down reorganization of the Advanced Teacher’s Training College for Technical Education, University of Douala;
Mindful of decision n°041/MESIRES of September 1991 to lay down conditions for admission into the Higher Teacher Training College for Technical Education of the Douala University Centre;
Mindful of decree n° 93/026 of 19 January 1993 to create Universities;
Mindful of decree n° 93/030 of 29 January 1993 to lay down administrative and academic organization of the University of Douala;
Mindful of decree n° 2004/320 of the 8th December 2004 organizing the Government modified and completed by decree n° 2007/268 of the 7th September 2007;
Mindful of decree n° 2004/322 of the 8th December 2004 organizing the Government modified and completed by decree n°2015/434 of 02 October 2015 reorganizing the Government;
Mindful of decree n° 2005/383 of 17 October 2005 fixing financial regulations applicable to universities;
Mindful of Decision n°18250145/MINESUP/SG/DAUQ/SDEAC of 07 April 2025 setting dates for competitive entrance examinations for admission into Faculties and Schools of Cameroon State Universities and Schools under academic tutelage of the Ministry of Higher Education, for the 2025-2026 academic year
Mindful of circular n°004/CAB/PM of 10 February 2000 concerning the admission in National Advanced Training institutions and recruitments in the Public Service;
ORDERS:
ARTICLE 1:
- In accordance with Decision N°18250145/MINESUP/SG/DAUQ/SDEAC of the 07th April 2026 to fix the calendar of competitive entrance examinations for 2025/2026 academic year, the competitive entrance examinations into ENSET of the University of Douala for the 2025/2026 academic year are launched with conditions stipulated in the present order.
- EXAMINATION CENTRES: The written part of the examinations specified above shall take place in the following centres: BAFOUSSAM, DOUALA, GAROUA and YAOUNDE for entrance.
ARTICLE 2: AGE LIMIT
The competitive entrance examination is open to Cameroonians of both sexes and of:
a) not more than twenty-nine (29) years old on January 1st 2026 for admission into the first year of the 1st cycle through written examination;
b) not more than thirty-two (32) years old on January 1st 2026 for admission into the first year of the 2nd cycle through written examination;
c) Candidates who are civil servants and who meet every other requirement are not concerned by the age limit. They must present by the way the authorisation to take the competitive entrance examinations deliver by their administration.
