__Request for Quotation \(RFQ\)__
- The Government of Cameroon has received funding from the World Bank to finance the cost of the __Local Governance and Resilient Communities Project \(PROLOG\)__\. As part of its implementation, PROLOG has signed an agreement with __WABANE COUNCIL \(PROLOG WABANE COUNCIL PERFORMANCE\-BASED GRANT AGREEMENT, LEBIALEM DIVISION, SOUTH\-WEST REGION\)__ to build community infrastructure\.
- As part of the agreement, financing for the __construction of 5 LOCK up stores in Babong market at Wabane Council, Lebialem Division, South\-West Region, for an execution period of sixty \(60\) calendar days\.__
- __The Mayor of WABANE Council__ now invites quotations from contractors for the Works described in Annex 1: Works Requirements, attached to this RFQ\. As soon as the RFQ is published, the tender’s file will be made available to all bidders, either at their request to the __WABANE Council \(Employer\)__ or the PROLOG PMU/RCU\.

- The Bank requires compliance with the Bank’s Anti\-Corruption Guidelines and its prevailing sanctions policies and procedures as set forth in the WBG’s Sanctions Framework, as set forth in Appendix A to the Contract Conditions\.
- In further pursuance of this policy, Contractors shall permit and shall cause their agents \(where declared or not\), subcontractors, subconsultants, service providers, suppliers, and personnel, to permit the Bank to inspect all accounts, records and other documents relating to the RFQ and Contract performance \(in the case of award\), and to have them audited by auditors appointed by the Bank\.
__Eligible Materials, Equipment and Services__
- The materials, equipment and services to be supplied under the Contract and financed by the Bank may have their origin in any country subject to Para\. 9\. At the Employer’s request, Contractors may be required to provide evidence of the origin of materials, equipment and services\.
