# DECREE No. 2024/295 OF 10 JUL 2024 to appoint officials in some State universities
THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC
Mindful of the Constitution;
Mindful of Law No. 2001/005 of 16 April 2001 on the Orientation of Higher Education;
Mindful of Decree No. 93/026 of 19 January 1993 to set up universities;
Mindful of Decree No. 93/027 of 19 January 1993 to lay down common provisions applicable to universities, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2005/342 of 10 September 2005;
Mindful of Decree No. 93/028 of 19 January 1993 on the administrative and academic organization of the University of Ngaoundere;
Mindful of Decree No. 93/029 of 19 January 1993 on the administrative and academic organization of the University of Dschang;
Mindful of Decree No. 93/030 of 19 January 1993 on the administrative and academic organization of the University of Douala;
Mindful of Decree No. 93/034 of 19 January 1993 on the administrative and academic organization of the University of Buea;
Mindful of Decree No. 93/036 of 19 January 1993 on the administrative and academic organization of the University of Yaounde I;
Mindful of Decree No. 93/037 of 19 January 1993 on the administrative and academic organization of the University of Yaounde II;
Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018;
Mindful of Decree No. 2012/433 of 1 October 2012 to organize the Ministry of Higher Education;
Mindful of Decree No. 2022/008 of 6 January 2022 on the administrative and academic organization of the University of Bertoua;
Mindful of Decree No. 2022/009 of 6 January 2022 on the administrative and academic organization of the University of Ebolowa;
Mindful of Decree No. 2024/166 of 24 May 2024 to set up the Buea Advanced Teachers’ Training College in Buea.
# HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1: The undermentioned persons are, with effect from the date of signature of this decree, appointed to the following positions in some State universities:
I-UNIVERSITY OF BERTOUA
Technical Adviser to the Rector: Mr MVE BELINGA Jeannot, Associate Professor, previously Secretary-General of the same University, in replacement of Mr MOTAH Mathieu, who has been transferred to other duties.
DEPARTMENT OF ACADEMIC AFFAIRS AND COOPERATION
Director: Mr MOTAH Mathieu, Professor, previously Technical Adviser to the Rector of the same university, in replacement of Ms ETANG Josiane Désirée, who has been transferred to other duties.
II-UNIVERSITY OF BUEA
DEPARTMENT OF STUDENTS AFFAIRS
Director: Mr FOSSUNG Michael FORZEH, Associate Professor, previously Vice-Dean in charge of Research and Cooperation in the Faculty of Social and Management Sciences of the same university, in replacement of Mrs NDIP, née Lucy MANDE AYAMBA, who has been transferred to other duties.
HIGHER TEACHERS' TRAINING COLLEGE
Director: Mrs NDIP, née Lucy MANDE AYAMBA, Professor, previously Director of the Department of Students Affairs in the same university, new position.
